There is no pre-registration. Please make checks payable to SCA-PA, Inc. Shire of Steltonwald. There are no credit cards or bank cards taken at Troll. Arriving Thursday: Site opens at noon on Thursday May 19, 2022. Adult event registration – $45.00 Adult member discount registration – $40.00 Child* event registration – $17.00 Arriving Friday: Adult event registration – $35.00 Adult member registration – $30.00 Child* event registration – $12.00 Arriving Saturday: Troll closes promptly at 3:00 PM on Saturday, May 21, 2020. No admittance after 3:00 PM without event registration receipt or site token. Closes Saturday (May 21st) at 3:00pm. This is subject to the trolls waking and sleeping! They need rest, too! COVID RELATED INFORMATION: The Society for Creative Anachronism and the Kingdom of Aethelmearc have specific Covid protocols which must be followed by those attending events. Failure to present appropriate paperwork, follow protocols, or harassing staff for following procedures will be grounds for immediate ejection from site. There is a link following the event specific information which can be reviewed for full details of the requirements. There will be NO admittance to site until Covid protocol checks have been completed. See below for late arrivals after close of troll between hours of 11 pm and 7 am Thursday and Friday nights. The Society and kingdom require proof of vaccination OR a negative Covid test done by a healthcare provider within 72 hours. Home tests will not be accepted. Those not vaccinated will need to follow requirements for masking outlined in the official link. There will be a station at the beginning of troll to check required documentation. There will be no admittance to site should paperwork not be provided. Bring identification and proof of vaccination or negative test to the check-in station. Without either of those items there is no admittance to the event. Please allow adequate time to make it through check in and troll prior to classes, meetings or martial activities. Staff are not responsible for any tardiness caused by failure to allow adequate time. There will be no harassment of staff for following protocols. Individuals who do so will be ejected from site with no admittance. Late Arrivals Troll will be closed between the hours of 11 pm and 7 am. Those arriving between those hours must park on the battlefield in designated areas and may not enter site until paperwork has been checked. Late arrivals will be responsible for following this protocol, however any individual found to have violated this requirement will be asked to leave site and will not be able to attend the event.
