GREATER THINGS
The phrase comes from Jesus Himself in John 14:12 â âI tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these,âŠâ
âGreater Thingsâ is a promise of abundance in ministry, mission, prayer, glory, and faith. It points forward to something more than weâve experienced in the past. Weâve been told to break camp and advance to even greater things in the Spirit.
It is a conversation starter, as in, âWhat things are you talking about?â Think of the possibilities: Greater Commitment, Greater Faith, Greater Love, Greater Service, Greater Devotion, Greater Giving, Greater Engagement, etc.
Godâs glory is that we arenât just fruitful, but that we bear âmuch fruitâ (John 15:5, 8). His plan for us is always âimmeasurably more than all we ask or imagineâ (Eph. 3:20). Greater Things points to the âmoreâ that God has for us to experience.
We pray you will experience and share the Greater Things Jesus has in store for you, for your family, for your church and community.
