The brand needed a platform that provides stellar customer service, seamless integration, and execution. ClearGate provides merchant services and a payment gateway. First operated under ClearChoice Merchant Services, it was started in 2005 and then became ClearGate in 2012. Their Pay up app provides small businesses the liberty to manage admin tasks and workflow. MoEngage offered just that, hassle-free integration with the ability to employ various features. ClearGate utilized Analytics and Flows feature to understand user behavior, streamline journeys, and also leveraged push and email channels for engagement.
